Refunds or exchanges cheerfully honored within 7 days of receipt of item. Buyer is responsible  for repacking and cost of return shipping and insurance. Item must be insured and returned in the same condition as it was received. Return will not be honored and returned to sender if item is damaged  due to improper packaging. Rings that have been sized and custom orders are not returnable. Shipping that was included in the price of the item will be deducted from the refund given. Documentation of original shipping cost will be sent to the purchaser.
